How do I upload my photo after purchase?

After checkout, you’ll receive a secure link where you can upload your chosen photo. It’s simple, fast, and you’ll be guided every step of the way.

What kind of photo should I upload?

We recommend high-quality, well-lit images with minimal blur. We do our best to get the entire photo printed on the card however due to the size of the card, sometimes sections of the photo will get cropped. Don't worry though, if the photo you sent isn't fitting on the card, we will reach out to you to ensure we get it right.

Can I keep adding photos to the album later?

Absolutely. You’ll have ongoing access to your private album and can continue uploading new memories whenever you like.

What if my card gets damaged?

If your card gets damaged and your QR code is unrecognisable, email us a photo and we will send you a new card. All you need to do is cover shipping.

What if I lose my card?

We get it, things get lost. You can get a replacement card for only $15.

What is a Pholio card made of? Is it durable?

Yes — your photo is printed on a premium, waterproof plastic card (like a high-quality ID or bank card) built to last.

Can I change the photo or edit the album later?

You can always update the album with new images, but the printed photo on the card can’t be changed after production. Choose your favourite photo to showcase!

What if I’m not happy with my card?

We want you to love it. If there’s an issue with print quality or damage in transit, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Who can see my album?

Only people with the QR code can access your album. Your memories stay private, unless you choose to share them.

Can I make a bulk order for an event?

Yes you can, popular with weddings. Contact us directly with the request of how many copies of the Pholio card you're looking to create and we can respond accordingly.

How long does it take to receive my card?

We usually print and dispatch your card within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
